Urgent appointments

To request an urgent appointment for today or tomorrow (Monday to Friday):

If you are unable to use the NHS appointment request service, please:

  • phone us on 0121 327 0131 or 0121 327 1049, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm
  • visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

This will involve patient details being taken and placed on the triage list. The on call doctor then returns your call, and helps to resolve any concerns that you may have.

Should you need to be seen by the doctor, it will be the triage doctor’s discretion and an appointment time may be given.
